Carrier Partners · Owner-Operators

Lease on with a carrier that runs deadlines.

Structured DOT/MC, W-9, TWIC, equipment, and Clearinghouse compliance — with truth-in-leasing artifacts on file. We onboard carrier partners and owner-operators with the same operational discipline we apply to our own 40-truck fleet.

Structured onboarding

Every box checked, every artifact filed.

We don't cut corners on compliance because the freight that moves through us doesn't allow it. Every partner, every driver, every truck — DOT-clean, FMCSA-compliant, port-credentialed.

From application to active dispatch

Five steps from paperwork to payload.

1. Apply

Carrier or owner-operator submits the structured checklist. We verify authority and insurance in 24 hours.

2. DQF + Clearinghouse

Drivers complete the FMCSA Clearinghouse consent. We pull queries and assemble the Driver Qualification File.

3. Lease-on signing

Truth-in-Leasing artifacts (49 CFR 376) signed via e-signature with version-controlled retention.

4. Equipment + ELD link

Tractor specs, annual inspection, and ELD provider linked. GPS visibility shared with dispatch.

5. Active dispatch

Loads start flowing through dispatch. Daily customer communications, settlement on standard terms.

Regulatory backbone

Truth-in-Leasing on every contract.

All lease-on agreements comply with 49 CFR Part 376. Artifacts are versioned, e-signature timestamped, and retained per FMCSA record-keeping requirements. Compensation, equipment terms, and termination clauses are explicit — no surprise deductions.
